Summer 2004 - Bear Claw Door Latches

I bought the small version of the Bear Claw latches. |
The door was cut out to make room for the new latches inside the door. It required a backing plate to reinforce the fiberglass. |

Here are some pictures of the initial mockup with the prototype striker plate that bolts to the stock FFR mounting points on the frame. The operating lever was modified to be exteneded. New handles were machined from aluminum. |
